GHANA VISA ON ARRIVAL (GDAAR) – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome! This website facilitates the Ghana Visa on Arrival (GDAAR) application process. Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions before proceeding. Your use of the site constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. Eligibility

• The GDAAR is available to citizens of specific countries. Refer to the official Ghana Immigration Service website https://home.gis.gov.gh/ for eligibility.
• Applicants must not hold a prohibited immigrant status for Ghana.
• Applicants must meet all standard Ghana entry requirements.

2. Application Process

• Complete the online application form accurately and in full.
• Provide all requested supporting documents (passport photocopy, photograph, etc.).
• Pay the applicable visa fees online.
• Applications will be reviewed and processed within a standard processing time ( 3 business days )

3. Visa Approval

• Visa approval is at the discretion of the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS).
• Approved applicants will receive an approval letter via email.
• Print the approval letter and present it along with your valid passport and other required travel documents at your point of entry to Ghana.

4. Important Reminders

• The GDAAR approval letter is not a visa. The final visa is granted at the port of entry by GIS officials.
• Possessing an approval letter does not guarantee entry into Ghana.
• Ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended stay in Ghana.
• Obtain necessary travel vaccinations and fulfill other health requirements.

5. Fees

• Fees are non-refundable, even if your visa application is not approved.

6. Data Privacy

• We maintain strict data protection protocols. Personal information will only be used for processing your visa application and related immigration purposes.

7. Modifications

• These terms and conditions, as well as the eligibility for GDAAR visas, may change at the discretion of the GIS. Check the website regularly for updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for accuracy, errors or omissions may occur. The GDAAR website and its operators are not liable for any errors or damages that may arise from the use of this website.
